Location e vista che meritano! La terrazza fuori è davvero stupenda, peccato che a noi ci hanno messo in un tavolo che praticamente stava nel parcheggio del ristorante (quindi lontano dalla vista) e si soffocava di caldo. Comunque il menù offre un’ampia scelta di carne di diversi tipi, sia alla griglia che non. Anche i primi sono invitanti, un po’ meno invece gli antipasti che sono composti principalmente da affettati, tranne per la tartare. Infatti, io ho optato per la tartare di manzo, e poi per una tagliata di bisonte con contorni. La tartare molto buona, si scioglieva in bocca, e anche l’impiattamento mi è piaciuto. Strano però com’era fatta la tartare, che sembrava più un macinato mentre io preferisco la tartare al coltello. La tagliata di bisonte secondo me è il pezzo forte: sapore intenso ma non esagerato, super morbida e cotta al sangue come piace a me . Porzione bella abbondante (ho dovuto darne al mio ragazzo sennò morivo). Anche i contorni buoni. Rapporto qualità prezzo direi più che giusto! Sicuramente per la carne merita di tornare.
